Vintage Sackar by Nuna Couture

NUNA-COUTURE-“VINTAGE-SACKAR”-SS17-LOOKBOOK-6

The first thing I thought after seeing Nuna Couture’s Vintage Sackar collection was that it will be a delight for all skin tones. The colors chosen for each piece from this collection are gorgeous, not too bright and not too muted colors, just enough to let the skin color shine through.

I love the cuts; at one point the collection transforms into what a girl would wear and in another piece there is a sophisticated, elegant woman in an off-shoulder sheathed print dress with a silk cape.

According to Bella naija, the collection was inspired by sketches from the designer’s grandfather Samuel Sackar Codjoe, who worked as a tailor in the United Kingdom.
