The Pre-Grammys and The Grammys

One color stood out at this year’s Grammy Awards, black; and Beyoncé was among the famous stars that up 👆 the color black.
From the Roc-Nation annual Pre-Grammy Brunch, the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy 2018 party honoring Jay-Z and then the Grammy Awards itself, Beyoncé stood out in a line of all black ensembles.

A stunning custom designed Ralph and Russo black gown complete with side slits, deep plunging neckline with cross lace and a black wide waist belt, accessorized with Giuseppe Zanotti black heels, Lorraine Schwartz jewelries and sunglasses opened Beyoncé’s style weekend and on Saturday at the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy party, she raised the ante in another custom designed black dress with long sleeves and sculpted detailing at the waist by Lebanese designer Azzi and Osta which she paired with black fishnet stockings, a pair of Jimmy Choo heels, a Valentino bag and leather beret by Eugenia Kim. Beyoncé’s hair was side swept for styled in loose waves framing her face and of course a little extra sparkle touch from Lorraine Schwartz completed the look.

And for the big day, the 2018 60th Grammy Awards, Beyoncé Knowles a 22 time Grammy recipient wore a Nicolas Jebran fitted long-sleeved black velvet dress with shoulder cutouts and thigh-high side slits, she wore a black wide brim hat, black Alain Mikli Le Matin shades and a whopping $6.8 million in Lorraine Schwartz jewelries.
Go figure.
