Some of my favorite looks from the 2018 Arise Fashion Week

The 2018 Arise Fashion Week has so far been interesting and exciting, here’s a quick run down of my favorite looks.

WWW by Tinie Tempah

It’s my first time of seeing collections by Tinie Tempah; this collection What We Wear WWW is impressive. The collection brought a certain uniqueness and ease to streetwear. The colors are vibrant and the designs simple and flattering. This is a simple yet classy style, there’s no fuss about it: a www inscribed tee paired with a silk jacket and matching pants.

Washington Roberts
Washington Roberts red velvet sweatshirt DANCE paired with white palazzo pants will be a gorgeous look. It will be free and undeniably stylish. Worn with a pulled back ponytail, nude makeup, a pair of mismatch stud earrings and a ring πŸ’, it will take you places.

Loza Maleombho

I have been looking at this collection and it is BOLD. I think the designer, Loza Maleombho’s aim was to push boundaries and it was achieved in the finest execution.

I like how the fabrics and cuts come off sensual and some of shimmering. My favorite look from the collection is the deep plunging dress with zebra details, I think that is how far I will go if asked to pick from the collection (my body positivity never reach Kimye own).

Style Temple

For extravagant feminine display, Style Temple came out winning with its collection. The color combo is one to love with each piece cut and designed to flatter any shape.

I think I will wear all if I find my size; my favorite look is the fuchsia chiffon dress. I am in love with the color, I like the plait round the collar, and I like how simplicity blends with sensuality here in the simple design and sheer detail.

Bridget Awosika

Bridget Awosika went for refined and elegant silhouettes. The collection is upper chic. There’s a compilation of different looks and trends that helped add freshness to the collection. I have two favorites here, the black structured jackets.

Yutee Rone Atelier

Not at all the least, Yutee Rone Atelier, I fell in love with the green see-through coat with cutouts. I love the details and construction and how it flares down to emphasize the hips, the waist cinching belt and the choice of fabric.

The lapel let’s you go without a bra if you are not comfortable showing off boobs. Paired with the black fishnet pants, it’s a strong, edgy look.
