This collection is fresh green forest, clear white skies and dark clouds. The collection is Japanese designer Kei Ninomiya’s Spring/Summer 2020 Collection.
Kei Ninomiya is described as a designer who pushes the limit in his creations and has an eye for intricacy. Ironically, this collection is termed ready-to-wear but it is far from it. The designs although unique belong to a Gallery of Arts and not a standard wardrobe (except if you are invited for the Met Gala). All in all, it is not your standard day to day collection of clothing.
The collection comprises of separates, white gowns designed to resemble floating clouds, a Matrix inspired gown with leather ruffles and dresses with lots of leather straps.
The collection is inspiring, beautiful and transitions from ethereal to edgy and punk.
